Shipping policy

KL Aura Extensions currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $19. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed. 

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All KL Aura Extensions orders are pre-order unless otherwise stated. 

* Pre-Order Items (Not On Hand): Please allow 4-5 business days for processing and shipping. 

* On-Hand Items: Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.

* Custom Wig Orders (Small & Large Cap Sizes): Small and Large cap size wigs are custom made. Please allow 3-5 business days for customization and an additional up to 9 business days for shipping. 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Additional Information

* Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays. 

* KL Aura Extensions is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. 

* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
